The RAK Report: April 2014

As the weather slowly warms and we knock out one fourth of our year, we continue on with April and a bundle of new business…

BollingerRAK is very excited to reveal that we’ve started work with Bollinger Connolly Krause LLC, a law firm in Chicago that specializes in trial litigation. We have re-structured their account and provisioned their wireless rate plans to take advantage of the new at&t “value” share plans which will save them $1,300/month or 45% on their 30 lines. In addition, we’re investigating cost-effective alternatives for their local and long distance services, and we’ve been retained to manage their wireless account going forward.

AccurateTankWe are also very happy to announce our work with Accurate Tank, a leading provider of integrated services for fueling site operations located in North Aurora, IL. RAK has identified and is currently implementing an option that will replace their antiquated analog phone system with a Hosted VoIP solution. This will result in a major upgrade to their communications platform capabilities and addressed their desire to take advantage of Unified Communications features such as mobility, presence and disaster recovery. RAK Consulting was able to provide this solution along with voice services for what they are currently paying for their voice services alone.

KristelAs a final piece of new business, RAK Consulting has recently started working with Kristel Displays in St Charles, IL to perform a complete assessment of their communications and provide recommendations for cost-effective enhancements. Kristel Displays is a company that designs and manufactures cost effective, high resolution custom displays and monitors.

While we are currently hard at work with our current clients, we are always looking forward to connecting with new clients and finding ways to not only help them save, but to maximize their business potential through technology. As always, we offer a risk-free comprehensive audit that will determine whether a current telecom strategy is as cost-efficient as it could be. We’ll either find additional ways to save or provide the peace of mind that comes with an efficient telecom strategy. Either way, there’s nothing to lose.

That’s it for this month’s RAK Report! Let’s hope that all of these April showers bring some beautiful May flowers. Until then!

Respectfully,
Anne Kulinski & the RAK Consulting Team
